  Retired Commissioners.
• Class 103 Group 57B01
  Retired before August 1, 1996 and those previously in classes 100 and 101.
• Class 105 Group 57B02
  Retired before August 1, 2006 and those previously in classes 104 and 109 – and who were 50 or older with 10 or more years of service on July 31, 2006 or had 25 years or more of continuous service on July 31, 2006.
