How to contact Carepath

By phone:

Call 1-866-883-5956 (Monday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET) to connect with an intake specialist and, within 48 hours, you’ll be in contact with a Nurse Case Manager virtually or by phone.

Online:

Visit carepath.ca/contact and tell us your name and email address. You can expect to receive an email from an intake specialist within 24 hours.
